DIRK WAS BORN A HAPPY, CURLY HEADED CHILD,
ALWAYS DANCING AND
HUMMING TO HIMSELF. LATE IN THE AFTERNOONS, HE WOULD
SNEAK
INTO THE LOCAL CHURCH AND PLAY THE PIANO WITH THE MUSIC THAT
FILLED
HIS HEAD. AT AGE 18 HE WENT TO NEW ORLEANS TO SEEK HIS
FORTUNE. THERE
HE FOUND EMPLOYMENT AT A LOCAL BORDELLO. TODAY,
DIRK PLAYS THE MUSIC OF
HIS SOUL, PROVIDING CONCERTS TO THOSE
WHO HAVE HEAVY HEARTS
